Student Registration/ Enrollment

New Student Enrollment Application:

1. Click on the following link and complete the form on a computer or chromebook (currently it won't work on a cell phone or on the mobile device app).  This will allow you to create an account on our online portal to begin the registration process: TeacherEase Registration Portal 

2. Download and complete the following form so that we can request records from your student's previous school:  Request for Records form.  You may bring the form to the school when you are enrolling your student, or you may email the completed form to the Elementary Office (abias@agpirates.com) to expedite the process of acquiring your student's records.

3. When enrolling your student, please bring the following documents with you: your student's birth certificate, social security card, proof of residency (mortgage document, rental contract, or property tax statement), and immunization record.  We will also need a copy of a parent/guardian's driver license or state id.  If you have questions about anything in this process, please call the Elementary Office at 417-751-2534 (option 3). 

Returning Student Registration:

1. Access your child's TeacherEase account by going to teacherease.com or by downloading the TeacherEase app on your phone.  

2. Log into the system using your email address that is linked to your child's account.  When logging in for the first time, select Forgot Password to reset your password.

3. Complete the required annual forms and submit.

4. If you have any issues with accessing the new system or completing the registration, contact the Bois D'Arc School Office at 417-751-2534 (option 3).
