Parent Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures for Bois D’Arc Elementary

To ensure a smooth and safe drop-off and pick-up process, please follow these guidelines:

Drop-Off Procedures:

• Arrival Time: Students should not be dropped off before 7:30 AM. Please wait until a staff member is outside before letting your child(ren) exit your vehicle.

• Drop-Off Supervision: Staff will be present to supervise drop-off from 7:30 AM to 7:50 AM.

• Designated Drop-Off Zones: Only let your child out of the vehicle at one of the three designated drop-off cones along the sidewalk, marked with red dots on the map.

Pick-Up Procedures:

• Pull Forward: When picking up your child, please pull all the way forward to the last available cone. Students will be lined up according to the order of your arrival, so it’s important to remain in the three-car lineup to ensure a smooth process.

• Any changes in transportation need to be made by calling the office prior to 2:30 PM.

Late Arrivals:

• After 7:50 AM: Students arriving after 7:50 AM must be escorted to the main entrance.

• After 8:00 AM: Students arriving after 8:00 AM will need to be signed in.
